Garstang Inventory: ii. Model representing baking and brewing. Fitz. Museum website: Wooden model of a brewing and baking workshop; two women grounding flour, one woman sifting flour, a man mixing dough, a woman by an oven, a man mashing beer, two men with yokes carrying vessels (supplied by E.172a-b.1903), two large vessels.
