Breasted (p. 61):
6. Sakkara, found in the mastaba of Rakhuf.

Carries four-legged chest on her head; is preceded by calf, apparently once held by a string attached to her left hand. Left arm at side. Wears long dress and headdress falling well below the shoulders in front and back.

This model is illustrated in the Illustrated London News 4th June 1938, but is not explicitly mentioned in Hassan's published report. The mastaba is Vth dynasty but the report mentions several intrusive burials.
