Description
GlobalEgMus web page: This wooden model represents a brewery scene. Four men and three women are brewing beer. One of the men carries the water, another the wood; two women seem occupied grinding the grain in a trough; all of the others are leaning over the containers placed in front of them. One also notices an oven, a vase with strainer and two jars with conical stoppers.width=22 cm. length=42 cm.

This model brewery is densely populated with seven characters, each illustrating an occupation, a man and woman are bent with arms stretching out to their brewing barrel, two men are carrying, the first water - two vessels suspended from a yoke - the other the bundle of wood he needs to feed the beehive oven, two women are focused on the milling base-stone. The activity of single squatting figure is less clear. Between the figures stand two jars of beer and two barrels for fermentation.
